SHIPPING POLICY

All purchase are packed and brought to be shipped 7-10 business days after the time of purchase.  Please be patient and refrain from emailing prior to the given time.  Simply Seeger utilizes USPS for shipping and charges a flat rate of $5.50 for shipping and handling at this time.  Please allow 7-10 business days once your package has been brought to be shipped to arrive at your address.

RETURN POLICY

Simply Seeger Co does not accept returns.  Polymer clay is durable and is bendable, but it is important you do not bend your pieces and take care of them.  If you receive a piece that breaks and you believe is a defect, please email simply.seeger.co@gmail.com.  You can only receive a duplicate of the earring you originally purchased unless it is one of a kind.  If this is the case, replacements may not be possible.
